Castelbio began as a simple organic garden in Contrada Inferno, just outside Noto. But Corrado's passion for sustainable farming and traditional cooking turned this corner of countryside into something unique: a place where people come together, eat together and rediscover the rhythm of nature.
Km zero is not just a buzzword for us. Every vegetable we serve is grown right here, every recipe is born from Sicilian tradition. We believe the best food is the one that travels the shortest distance from the earth to the table.
